Due to product being homemade colors may vary, but doesn't change the usage of the product. Shea butter can melt based on the temperature, and may need to be place in the refrigerator to solid back up. During shipping and transportation it's possible for the shea to get dimples/sink based on various temperature. This is ok and doesn't change the usability.
