1. Raspberry leaf-
2. Dandelion leaf- contains a high source of vitamin A, B, C, D, calcium, potassium and iron. It also helps clear the way for fertility by adding nutrients that may be lacking, and cleaning out toxins that stress the liver.
3. Nettle leaf
4. Strawberry Leaf
5. Dried Elderberry
6. Hibiscus
7. Dried Lemon
8. Shatavari Root- This herb has been shown to restore hormonal imbalances, reduce stress, and improve ovulation
Mix dry tea evenly. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 6oz of water. Steep for 15 minutes and enjoy. Add honey and or sugar and enjoy. For a refreshing drink add ice or refrigerate.
ALLERGEN: Hibiscus may be intercropped with peanuts. Occasionally, fragments of peanut shells may be present.
